Emotional Fitness: The Secret to How You Feel

Those who know me well, know that I have studied emotional management forever, and one of my champions in this area is Anthony Robbins.

Anthony Robbins started his personal development journey studying Neurolinguistic Programming, enhancing and developing his own style and tools from that foundation. (If you haven’t heard, or are not sure about what Neurolinguistic Programming or NLP is, then a great introductory site is nlp.com.au!)

Taking control of our life is supported by being emotionally fit.

How can we get emotionally fit?

There are many Anthony Robbins videos on the Internet, including his own YouTube channel. There are many that I have in my library, and many I regularly visit online. There are so many in fact that if you have a particular personal struggle, in that moment you can easily find a video by Tony that addresses just that issue!

Today I’d like to introduce you to an older video, yet still very relevant today as it speaks to how we respond to our experiences – firstly in our mind, and then our emotional response to that.

The video is only 5 minutes, and if you truly understand what Anthony discusses, these next 5 minutes can change the course of your life. Tony helps re-experience times and how we can then process our experiences so that we can make the most of every moment.

I need to provide a bit of a language warning – while most expletives have been removed, there are some quite ’emotional’ words remaining – mainly for impact!
