My, how things can become hectic very quickly. I have enjoyed hosting a few seminars recently that have been outstanding to say the least. I really appreciate the opportunity to meet and speak with people who are looking to get the most from life. It is a natural high to be able to see the response on the faces of a room full of people after sharing some pearls of wisdom.
Today, let’s just do a little exercise.
A large number of people come to see me and I ask them what they have achieved in their lives so far; what are the most exciting times?
So, today we’ll take an inventory of all the excellent things you have achieved and experienced up to this point.
Grab a pad of paper and rule a line across the middle of a few pages so each page has two parts. Number each part in order starting from the number 4.
Once that is done, put the year that it was when you were the age of the number of the page. For example, if you were born in 1965 then your first page (marked with a four) will be dated 1969. The following page 1970 etc. up to this year.
Now, take your time over the coming week to list in each applicable year, the things that made that year great, things that are memorable.
Things you can use to jog your memory…
Complete your lists in your own time, and keep adding to it as you think of new things.
You will be surprised at how much you have achieved in your life, how great your past has been, and how much you have simply forgotten.
Enjoy the process. This is a time of reflection that is very rewarding and provides understanding about how you have got to where you are today.
Have an awesome few days,
Live your Ultimate Life.
